Backblaze simple backup for your data

Backblaze is an online backup tool that allows the users to back up their data to an offsite data center. It allows the user to back up data automatically, manually, when the computer is idle, or on an hourly schedule. The service makes use of AES encryption for security, and uses data compression and bandwidth throttling to reduce upload and download times.

Backblaze claims a “3-click setup” that forgoes many of the customization and file selection options commonly found in backup programs. Instead, users simply click “Backup Now”, and Backblaze will upload the entire contents of the hard drive (minus system files) to the company’s servers. After that, a small program runs in the background and monitors files for changes. Recovered files can be delivered through an online interface, USB disk, or a DVD.

Backblaze allow free 15-day trial with unlimited storage after that, the price is $5 per month.

It only works with Windows XP or Vista, though it promises Mac support soon.
