Youtube updates its uploader and add with new features. The company facing competition from Vimeo and Viddler this sites are not popular they provide better service than Youtube.

The new video uploader, which has been in private beta for some time, is now available to any users who wish to opt-in. Once users opt-in to the new uploader, they will quickly find that they can input metadata like the clip’s name, description, and tags while it’s uploading, as well as upload multiple videos at once to streamline the uploading process.Most important feature of new uploaders is increase upload limit from 100MB to 1GB.

The new video upload includes these features:

* You can enter in your video's metadata (title, description, tags, etc.) while the upload is processing.

* Upload multiple files at once, without downloading a plugin (separate progress bars will display for each file).

* The file-size limit for uploads has been raised from 100MB to 1GB.
